Privacy Policy

How we handle information you share with Reliable Pros Services LLC — on this site, on the phone, or out in the field.

Last updated: May 12, 2026

Reliable Pros Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, request service, or use our website at reliableanytime.com, and how we use it. Reading legal text is no one's favorite activity — we kept it short and direct.

1. What We Collect

When you fill out a contact form, request emergency service, or call our dispatcher, you may share:

  • Identity information — your name and the name of the property owner if different.
  • Contact details — phone number, email address, and the service address where work is needed.
  • Service details — a description of the plumbing issue, photos you optionally attach, and any access notes.
  • Payment information — collected only when you authorize work. Card numbers are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

When you browse this site, we also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and, if you consent, analytics data through Google Analytics 4. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you share to:

  • Schedule, dispatch, and complete the plumbing work you've requested.
  • Send appointment confirmations, on-the-way SMS or email updates, and post-job invoices.
  • Follow up after a job to confirm the repair held and answer warranty questions.
  • Comply with California licensing, permit, and tax recordkeeping requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Period. If we ever change that, we'll update this page and notify anyone who has shared information with us in the prior twelve months.

3. SMS / Text Message Consent

If you check the SMS-consent box on our contact form or verbally agree to text updates with our dispatcher, you'll receive transactional messages about your service request — appointment confirmations, technician ETA, "on the way" notifications, and invoice links. Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts.

4. How We Store and Protect Information

Customer records live in a CRM hosted by a U.S. cloud provider with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Payment processing is handled by a separate PCI-DSS Level 1 processor — we never see or store full card numbers. Access to customer records inside our company is limited to dispatch, billing, and the technician assigned to your job.

We retain service records for seven years to comply with California licensing and tax requirements. After that, records are purged or anonymized.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses minimal browser storage: a small local-storage entry to remember accessibility-toolbar preferences on your device, and (if you consent) a Google Analytics cookie to help us understand which pages are useful and which need to be fixed. Analytics data is anonymized at the IP level. You can decline analytics from your browser's privacy settings or by using a content blocker — the site works fine without it.

6. Third Parties We Share With

We share information only with service providers we need to run the business:

  • Payment processor — to charge cards you authorize.
  • Dispatch + scheduling software — to route the right technician to your address.
  • Email/SMS provider — to send appointment confirmations and invoices.
  • Government agencies — only when a permit, inspection, or court order requires it.

Each provider is bound by contract to use your information only for the services they perform for us, and to keep it confidential.

7. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you in the past twelve months.
  • Receive a copy of that information in a portable format.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal recordkeeping exceptions.
  • Opt out of any sale of your information — although as noted above, we do not sell information.
  • Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@reliableanytime.com or write to the mailing address in Section 10 below. We verify identity before releasing or deleting records.

8. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for adults arranging plumbing service for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our business practices change or to comply with new law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.

10. How to Reach Us

For any privacy question, request, or complaint:

For anything not privacy-related — scheduling, billing, warranty — please use the contact page or call dispatch directly. We aim to respond to privacy emails within five business days.
