Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Reliable Pros Services LLC when you use this site or hire us to perform plumbing work.

Last updated: May 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form the agreement between you ("you," "customer," or "client") and Reliable Pros Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") when you visit this website, request a quote, or hire us to perform plumbing services in California. By using the site or scheduling work, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Reliable Pros Services LLC is a California-licensed plumbing contractor operating under California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) classification C-36. Our principal place of business is 8780 19th St. #270, Alta Loma, CA 91701. Our license number is displayed in the footer of every page on this site once issued; verification is available through the CSLB online lookup.

2. Scheduling and Quotes

Service requests submitted through this website, by phone, or by SMS do not create a binding contract for work. A binding contract exists only when (a) we have inspected the issue in person or via photographs you provide, (b) we have issued a written estimate, and (c) you have approved that estimate in writing or electronically. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Emergency-service dispatch fees, if any, are disclosed before a technician is sent. Standard appointment scheduling, including SMS confirmations and "on the way" notifications, follows the terms in our Privacy Policy.

3. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellations

We bill on a flat-rate basis unless a job is explicitly scoped as time-and-materials in your written estimate. Sales tax is added where applicable. Payment is due upon completion of work; we accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank-issued checks. Returned-check fees and past-due interest are governed by California Civil Code §1719 and §3289 respectively.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are free. Cancellations or no-shows inside the 24-hour window may incur a dispatch fee equal to the standard service-call rate disclosed at booking.

4. Permits, Inspections, and Code Compliance

For work that requires a permit under California Building Standards Code or local jurisdiction, we pull the permit in your name as the property owner, schedule inspection, and provide signed-off paperwork at the end of the job. The permit fee is line-itemed in your estimate at cost — we do not mark up permits or inspection fees.

You are responsible for disclosing any HOA, easement, or recorded restriction that affects the work area before the job starts. Delays or change orders caused by undisclosed restrictions are billed at our standard rate.

5. Warranty

We warrant our labor for 12 months from the date the work is completed against defects in workmanship. Parts and fixtures we install are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you in full. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, or modification of the installed work by another party.
  • Acts of nature, including earthquakes, floods, and freeze damage.
  • Failure of pre-existing pipe, fittings, or fixtures we did not work on.
  • Routine wear-and-consumable items (washers, gaskets, anode rods, supply lines beyond their rated life).

To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period at (800) 284-4541 or info@reliableanytime.com. We will inspect the issue at no charge and remediate any covered defect.

6. Limits of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising from work we performed is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that specific job. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost income, lost data, or property damage caused by pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed and could not have been reasonably discovered during normal diagnostic work.

Nothing in this section limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under California law.

7. Use of This Website

The content of this website — text, images, photographs, logos, and code — is owned by Reliable Pros Services LLC or used under license, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright. You may view, save, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy substantial portions of the site, frame it, or use it to train any machine-learning model without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use this site or our contact channels to send spam, harass our staff, attempt to access non-public areas, or submit false service requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does.

8. Third-Party Links

Some pages link to third-party sites — payment processors, manufacturers, government agencies, review platforms. We don't control those sites, and we're not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Linking out is not an endorsement.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or work we performed will be resolved first by good-faith discussion. If that fails, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you and we both consent to that jurisdiction.

California consumers retain all rights available under the CSLB complaint process and the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our business practices change or to keep up with new law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. If we make a material change, we'll flag it on the homepage for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site or scheduling new work after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
